Services and Additional Guidelines
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Site without prior written consent from the Company.
Limitation of Liability
The Company endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Services, including any errors or omissions in the content.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If you are accessing the site or services on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, you also represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative with the authority to bind it to this Agreement.
We strongly advise you to carefully read these Terms as they include an agreement to arbitrate and other important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. The agreement to arbitrate necessitates that, with limited exceptions, you submit any claims you may have against us to binding and final arbitration.
Additionally, please note the following:
1. You may only pursue claims against the company on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding.
2. You may only seek relief, including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief, on an individual basis.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the above conditions as a part of this Agreement.
IMPORTANT Dispute Resolution Information
You should be aware of the agreement to arbitrate included in these Terms. This means that, in most cases, any claims you have against us will be resolved through arbitration. The agreement also restricts your ability to bring claims collectively or as part of a class action or representative action.
Please note that this Agreement affects your legal rights, including your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. By accepting this Agreement, you are waiving these rights and opting for binding arbitration.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms or the site and services, please contact us for clarification.
